Classes & Booking
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes. Classes run back-to-back, so booking ahead through the GloFox app or our booking link means you won’t miss any part of a session.
How many people are in a class?
BUILD classes are capped at 16, BRIK at 20. Saturday BRIK reservations tend to fill before the week’s even out, so book early if that’s your slot.
Can I drop in without a membership?
Yes. Guam residents visiting for the first time can try a free trial class — the available trial slots change monthly based on demand. Non-residents can drop in for $25 a class. Everything books through the GloFox app or our booking link.
How early should I show up for my first class?
About 15 minutes early. That gives you time to get a lay of the land, meet your coach, and say hello to the room before class starts.
New Member Basics
Do I have to start with BASE?
BASE isn’t required, but it’s strongly recommended. It’s a one-on-one experience where a coach runs a full assessment, teaches lifting technique if you’re new to it, and gets you up to speed with wherever the current training phase is — so you walk into your first group class ready, not guessing.
What should I wear or bring to class?
Dress comfortably — it’s humid most of the day here. Our showers and changing rooms are air conditioned, but the training floor is not.
Is Unified beginner-friendly?
Yes. We run different training groups because everyone’s at a different point in their fitness journey. BASE exists specifically to assess, teach, and expose new members to strength and conditioning — by the end, you know how to navigate a class, you’ve got accessory work to improve your limiters, and you can focus on enjoying the group training experience.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Tell your coach before class starts. That way they can build in the right modifications and still get you the intended training effect.
Is there a free trial class?
Yes, for Guam residents. Available trial classes are posted on GloFox and rotate monthly based on demand.
Policies & Facility
How does 24-Hour Self Access work?
Every member with Self Access gets a unique access code. Depending on your membership tier, it’s either included or discounted.
Is there parking?
Yes. A few spots sit right in front of the building, with additional parking around back — accessible via the up-ramp on the left side of the building.
Can I freeze my membership?
Paid-in-full memberships and monthly memberships that have completed their minimum term can freeze. The first month of a freeze is free, then $20/month after. Freeze requests need to come in at least 15 days before your next billing date.
What's the cancellation policy?
We ask for 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Cancelling before your term is up carries a $75 admin fee plus two months of membership dues.
Can I bring my kids?
Kids are welcome at the gym but need to wait on the benches near the front for safety — there’s a lot of movement, heavy weight, and equipment being set down or moved on the floor.
What amenities are on site?
Air-conditioned showers and changing rooms.
